About Bosco Society
A local charity helping people move from homelessness to independence.
Bosco Society provides supported accommodation and practical, person-centred guidance for people who need stability, safety and a fresh start. We offer a warm, welcoming environment where people can rebuild confidence, develop life skills and move toward independent living.
Who we are
We’re a small local charity providing supported accommodation for 40 residents across two sites and our dispersed properties, a number of local flats that support independent living, and a emergency night provision for up to 5 rough sleepers.
Many residents arrive after long periods of social isolation and stigma, often alongside health needs, substance misuse issues, or experience with the justice system. Bosco exists to provide safety, dignity and a realistic route forward.
Our team
Bosco Society is led by a small management team and supported by a wider group of day staff, night/weekend support workers, floating support workers, admin/finance and housekeeping.
The structure below shows how the team is organised across Bosco House, Bosco Lodge and our dispersed flats — and how oversight sits with our Board of Trustees.

We encourage volunteers to take up training opportunities and all volunteers are expected to attend relevant training and complete a DBS check.
To volunteer, contact the Volunteer Co-ordinator, Lisa Boylan: 0151 944 1818 or lisa.boylan@boscosociety.org.uk
